A. I've had IVs for Iron transfusions I have received, as well as once or twice as a child for various medical treatments. Its not overly painful at all. Besides the initial pick and minute pain of the needle you should be fine. I always put lots of pressure on the wound after the needle has been removed, so that it won't bruise or be as sore. For those with extra needle phobia there is always a topical anesthetic. You can request it from the nurse or doctor for the initial puncture. My sister asked for it when she got a flu shot a few years ago, worked like a charm for her, no pain. CVS Pharmacy, if there is one in your area, sells alcohol swabs with Benzocaine (an anesthetic). A. Alkaline batteries don't vary as much as the ads imply. Any Alkaline that type will last about as long.You could also buy a charger and some Lithium batteries. They last as long as alkaline and you don't have top keep buying new ones. Their main disadvantage is that they self discharge in a couple of months if you don't use them.

A. I've worked with FCP, Premiere, and Avid. I have not used Magix or Vegas, but I've seen them both and they look like a tiny bit more advanced versions of WMM or iMovie. Which is kind of lame... But they're budget software, so you can't expect much, I suppose. The closest thing to FCP is going to be Adobe Premiere. I happen to prefer Premiere over FCP, but going from FCP to Premiere you might think differently and prefer FCP. It really depends on what you do with your program. Premiere doesn't have a few of the nifty shortcuts FCP has, not to mention the keyboard shortcuts are different, which is expected(v for arrow/move, instead of a). A. Hello Bonnie, All you need is an over-the-counter multivitamin (like Centrum), along with vitamin A, C and E (taken as directed). These are just the very basics. With PCOS you may also want to consider taking a fish oil supplement (Omega 3 fatty acids) (1-2 grams per day). It's great for almost every system in the body from circulatory to brain function. Just make sure it says concentrated, and ignore brands that say "wild caught" and "mercury free"...these are just claims to make you think their product is better and it's not, just more expensive.
