Why is the news media so hung up on all the bad stuff?
Q. Once again the Dow is down for the day and the Liberal news Media is all over it. Last week the dow was up nearly 600 points and you didn't hear a peep out of the news media.

A. People like to see that their life isn't the worst one out there...so in a way seeing all bad news on tv makes them feel a little better about the life they have. All good news would make some people jealous or worse, suicidal. (just think if the guy that just had his house burned down and lost everything he owned watched the news and it was all about smart kids in school, great honors people were given, and how rich people spent their millions on great things...that would suck for them)

Why is the news media reporting false information?
Q. The media is reporting that the student named Lawrence King was shot by a student who hates gays. WRONG!!! Also, some people are even saying that the student who shot him was a christian..FALSE!!! The truth is the following from students that go to the school there. 1.Brandon is bisexual 2.Larry wasn't shot because he is gay but due to a different argument 3.One of the Vice principals is openly gay and would never allow 'homophobic bullying' Can you really trust the news media?

A. The news media has NEVER reported totally true information. Good thing you've learned your lesson not to trust them. I learned this myself when I was on the news and the entire story was changed, and it wasn't even BIG news just a filler story. I haven't trusted the media since.

Why can't the news media figure out the difference between Crocodiles and Alligators?
Q. Yahoo News and CNN were talking about the Youtube video featuring a baby Water buffalo being attacked by Lions and then Crocodiles. And yet they all list the attack from Lions and Alligators. Are they that stupid to believe that Alligators live in Africa? The film was shot in Kruger National Park in South Africa. There are no alligators there... Don't these people check their sources?

A. Most reporters are graduates of university-based schools of journalism. A quick check of the curriculum of these schools will show there is no core curriculum requirement for the study of geography, science, history, etc. They come away with the ability to read and write press releases.
